Guest Services Representative - The Grand by SkyCity (Part Time) A bit about the team
Across our three beautiful luxury hotels, The Grand Hotel, SkyCity Hotel and Horizon by SkyCity, we employ over 160 people who are dedicated to our guests, from Housekeeping and Porters to Reservations and Receptionists. A bit about the role
As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a big part in making sure that our hotel guests have the best time during their stay with us. You're one of their first and last points of contact when they check in and check out. Your responsibilities include:
Providing front desk services to guests
Processing guest payments
Acting as a source of information on various topics
A bit about you
You'll be someone who is approachable and has great customer service skills - this will shine when you're greeting our guests, helping them during their stay, and wishing them goodbye when they check out. You're likely to be sales-minded, where you'll up-sell/cross-sell additional SkyCity offerings. This role also involves some administration work, so you'll know your way around a computer. Your flexibility is key as there will be some weekend work required.
