Guest Services Representative - SkyCity Hotel (Part Time) A bit about the role As a Part Time Guest Services Representative, you'll play a big part in making sure that our hotel guests have the best time during their stay with us.
You're one of their first and last points of contact when they check in and check out.
Your responsibilities include providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments, and acting as a source of information on various things.
Flexibility around availability is ideal.
A bit about you You'll be someone who is approachable and has great customer service skills - this will shine when you're greeting our guests, helping them out during their stay, and wishing them goodbye when they check out.
You're somewhat sales-minded and feel confident to up-sell/cross-sell additional SkyCity offerings to elevate customer satisfaction.
This role also involves some administration work, so you'll know your way around a computer.
Previous hotel experience is advantageous!
