GUEST SERVICES MANAGER - HUKA LODGE - LAKE TAUPOLong regarded as one of the world's most revered and inspirational luxury accommodations, Huka Lodge is set among established gardens along the banks of the surging Waikato River near Lake Taupo on New Zealand's North Island.We now have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Manager to join our Huka Lodge team as we gear up for our reopening following extensive renovations throughout 2024.The RoleThis senior leadership position will see you:Manage and coordinate all guest relations operationsCreate and curate the ultimate guest experiencesEnsure the Guest Service team have the available resources and training to deliver great service, through effective communication, handovers, and briefing meetingsPlan and assign work through effective rostering management and control labour costs according to budgetYou will also work closely with department leaders to support and assist them across all day-to-day operational issues.
