Competitive pay rates & great employee benefitsOur facility The Bellevue in Christchurch are looking for a full-time Guest Services Manager to join their dedicated team.What you'll be doing:Delivering an exciting and innovative service delivery conceptOverseeing and leading a team passionate about delivering the highest quality customer serviceTaking ownership of the front of house and ensuring consistently high standards are metLiaising with external leisure suppliers, instructors and volunteersCoordinating the services and special facilities offered to residents and their familiesOffering current knowledge on all facility products, services, policies, and emergency proceduresMonitoring resident satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve resultsEngaging with residents to provide general assistance, as requestedEnsuring that all resident complaints are handled promptly and completely.What you'll bring:Experience successfully leading a high performing customer facing team who can work under pressure and meet deadlinesThe ability to bring style and calm to a busy and demanding roleA passion for ensuring all residents feel valued and specialStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)An empathetic and passionate natureExcellent computer skills, in particular, with the Microsoft suiteEligibility to work in NZ.Who we are:We're the proud owner and operator of over 40 Villages across New Zealand, providing Village and Aged Care Living.
