This position will start in October/November 2024 and continue through the summer season until April 2025.

Responsibilities: Our Guest Service team's main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
This is the perfect position for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get involved!
This role involves a variety of tasks around the lodge, including: Assisting guests with luggage Driving and cleaning cars Generally helping out wherever needed What you will bring: As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have: Previous experience in a customer service position The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication skills A full driver's license A good level of physical fitness What we offer: We offer competitive wages, staff lunches, and access to our Staff Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
In addition, we endeavor whenever possible to provide staff with 2 days in a row off each week.
Due to our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport.
