Guest Services Assistant

Position Description
This position is to help our active Shop Team selling Land, Sewa and Air tours.
You will work with our current team to offer exceptional Customer Service.
Promoting and selling will also be required within the local area of the E-Ko Product range.
The Customer Service Assistant role can be suitable for a younger person expanding their skill set or for an experienced individual who wants to work within a growing sustainable business.
Customer Care Skills

Able to handle customers from different cultures (languages, accents, ways of negotiating…)
Able to maintain a professional attitude towards ALL customers
Able to handle complaints and difficult customers, partners, or suppliers

Administrative Skills

Able to handle email requests with professionalism
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with booking systems
Able to manage cash flow, especially during refund periods
Interest and experience in social media platforms:

Facebook
Instagram
Pinterest
Google+


Organized and able to report to the Shop Manager and CEO
Adhere to Pro-forma Office Procedures and policies
Maintain cleanliness: it is essential to keep the shop and reception areas clean and tidy at ALL TIMES, taking initiative to check and clean public areas regularly
Willing to commit to 2 days plus all cruise ship days, approximately 30 hours
Able to work flexible hours with own transport, from 07:30 to 18:00
