Guest Services Assistant

The successful applicant will need to be flexible and responsive with a positive and approachable manner. The work varies and is scheduled around the occupancy of the Hotel, therefore will include weekends and public holidays. We are looking for an individual that has the ability to anticipate their workload.
The successful candidates will be able to communicate with guests and be confident in their communication skills, with the desire to "go the extra mile".
Requirements of the role include: Experience in Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and/or Reception
Ability to work under pressure and an eye for detail.
Determination to exceed customer expectation.
High level of resourcefulness.
Immaculate grooming and presentation
Honesty and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
