Job Description Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure.
Settling guest accounts and ensuring cashiering is accurate.
Adhering to all credit procedures as they pertain to the registration and check-out process.
Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
Fulfilling guest requests.
Qualifications Ability to anticipate and satisfy customer needs and expectations.
Excellent communication skills; speaks clearly, concisely, and with poise.
Excellent attention to detail.
Shifts vary from 7am to 3.30pm or 3.00pm to 11.30pm; you must be available to work both mornings and nights over the 7-day-a-week roster.
You must be a Permanent NZ resident or NZ Citizen.
