If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at The Sebel Auckland Viaduct Harbour and The Sebel Auckland Quay West as a Guest Service Agent ! What will you be doing? Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between. Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Complete a wide variety of front office tasks, ensuring that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts. Undertake the refilling of minibar in guest rooms for arrival rooms or top up for in-house guests. Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times. Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards. Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift. Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program. Your Skills and Experience Include: Previous customer service experience advantageous, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud. The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues. Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation. A natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service. A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay.
