Guest Relations Executive - SkyCity HotelWork with some of the best hotel professionals who pride themselves on making every guests' stay an incredible experience whether they are staying for business or pleasure.We are now looking for a Guest Relations Executive to add to our "professional, caring and friendly" team, someone with an eye for detail who loves to make guests' stay a memorable one.The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for the operation and customer delivery of the hotel guest services to achieve an impeccable experience.ResponsibilitiesBe the key person within the Hotel with key VIP guestsManage and escalate customer disputes or queries as requiredPass on feedback from guests to our front office staffRecognise repeat guests and VIPs by meeting and greeting, gifts, cardsMonitor customer feedback on Trip Advisor and Market MatrixLiaise with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure the best guest experienceQualificationsExperience in Hotel operations (preferable)Positive and professional personalityStrong written and verbal communicationProven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment ideally in Hotels/Tourism sectorWork with people who care, are driven and energeticBenefits:Medical insurance$2.50 cooked meals in our staff cafeteria (there's some healthy salads as well)Heavily discounted staff car parking and dry cleaningDiscounts at our outletsFree trips for you plus one as many times as you like up the Sky Tower (if you like heights and not too busy!)You'll get to be a key part of our fun team of Hotel professionals who'll give you room to put your great ideas into action.
