Guest Experience Manager

Set on three acres of alpine hillside in Queenstown overlooking Lake Wakatipu Sherwood offers a 78-room hotel 120 seat restaurant and bar open for breakfast lunch and dinner live music venue kitchen garden yoga studio and co-working space - all powered by the sun. We are looking for a creative senior leader to champion our Guest Experiences and front desk team. This role will play a fundamental role developing, implementing and promoting products and services aligned with our ethos.
Minimum 5 years experience in senior role in hospitality required.
Established relationships with local operators and suppliers advantageous, as well as a great understanding of Queenstown's unique offering of experiences thoughout the seasons.
First Aid and Drivers license advantageous.

This is a permanent position requiring rostered hours across weekends and public holidays, between 35 - 45 hours per week. Remuneration will be hourly with weekly payment.
