We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Job DescriptionWork shifts across Food & Beverage and Front Office departments on rotating rosterLead, train and motivate team members across operation departmentsEnthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional serviceAbility to multitask with a can-do attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to cope under pressure and handle guest complaintsA high standard of personal presentationQualificationsAvailability to work 4 x 10 hour shifts including weekendsPrevious experience of 1 year or more in a supervisory or team leader role in a Front Office background or Food & Beverage backgroundMust hold a Current General Managers certificate or ability to obtainKnowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud or similar property operation systemAdditional InformationThe Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua. Our two hotels include Atlas Café & Restaurant and Clarkes Bar, ibis restaurant, 10 conference/Banquet rooms and InBalance Fitness Centre. This newly created role works across both our Food & Beverage and Front Office departments reporting to Operations Manager.
