The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Lead to become a key member of our consumer marketing team. Your primary focus will be on spearheading our global paid media strategy, using data insights to fuel our marketing initiatives and drive increased user acquisition and sales for our consumer fitness app, LES MILLS+.

As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in executing our paid media and measurement strategy and continuously optimising our growth marketing endeavors in the partnerships and direct-to-consumer space. By working closely together as one cohesive unit, we aim to leverage our collective global market understanding to best serve our consumers. This role will suit someone who is highly adaptive, curious and a driven self-starter.

You will ideally need experience in the following:
3 years+ experience in a growth marketing role.Proven experience in digital and data-driven marketing with a sound understanding of paid media.Experience working with Google Analytics, Paid Media reporting and advanced analytical outputs like media mix modelling to turn insights into action. Experience interpreting and analysing data and acting on the outcomes.Ability to manage multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders and ability to multi-task.What's in it for you:
