Mpac is looking for a passionate Grower Payments Assistant to work alongside the Grower Payments Manager.

The role
This diverse role will see you based in our office in Tauranga where you will be part of the Grower Payments Team performing a variety of tasks to support the Grower Payments Manager on the completion of daily and monthly tasks and seasonal projects.
Reporting to the Grower Payments Manager, you will work as a team-player to ensure that deadlines are met, and tasks completed in a professional manner. Due to the seasonal nature of the industry, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks that will change from one month to the next.
You will exhibit a high level of professionalism, motivation, resilience and have an excellent attitude with a desire to develop individually and as a member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Grower Packout and Reject Analysis preparation
Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly grower payments
Assist with cashbook and bank reconciliation
Performing standardised reconciliations
Maintain digital records and documentation
Assist with preparation of pollen dispatches, completion of related admin tasks and maintenance of digital filing in Microsoft Teams
Widely varied and interesting tasks to fill the seasonal gaps
Requirements:
Proven experience in administration/finance roles, with General Ledger knowledge
Proficiency working with numbers
Strong attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy
Keenness to develop and learn new skills and systems
Intermediate/advance knowledge of Excel
A level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
