Grower Payment Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Finance Team based at our head office site in Te Puke.
Te Puke is experiencing significant growth due to our "thriving" kiwifruit industry.  It's also in a great location within an easy driving distance from both Papamoa, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga.  If you're up for the challenge – then we want to hear from you!
Reporting to the Grower Payments Manager, you will accurately receipt Zespri funds, calculate payments to EastPack growers as well as producing accurate grower OGR and cashflow forecasts.  In addition you will calculate and apply EastPack Ltd Post Harvest charges and payments to EastPack Ltd. 
You will also maintain our Payments Plus database, process documentation and assist with projects and other annual tasks when required. 
To be successful in this role you will need strong analytical skills and a great eye when it comes to attention to detail.  
You will also need:
Experience in accounting and reconciliation functions. A high level of competency in Microsoft Office and experience in finance software systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently to achieve results within deadlines. Ability to manage large amounts of data.To understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information or data.Strong initiative and good decision making when dealing with multiple tasks and demands. Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.  Flexibility to work extended hours if required. Applications will need to include a detailed cover letter and CV.
