Groups Reservation Manager - The Lindis Group

This position offers a unique opportunity to manage guest experiences across a range of exclusive luxury properties in New Zealand. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required to familiarise yourself with our product and service offerings. While we prefer the candidate to be based in Wanaka, we are open to considering applicants from other parts of New Zealand for the right fit. Role Requirements: Proven experience in reservations or guest services management within luxury hospitality.Experience with reservations software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-end clientele and staff.Ability to manage multiple properties, and work effectively under pressure.Experience in event management and coordination (e.g., weddings, corporate events) is an asset.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
