The role Process warranty claims efficiently and accuratelyCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve warranty issues promptlyMaintain detailed records of warranty claims and related documentationCollaborate with suppliers and service providers to facilitate warranty repairs or replacementsMonitor warranty trends and provide recommendations for process improvementsAssist in training and supporting team members on warranty processes and procedures The skills you need Previous experience in warranty administration field requiredStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) How to apply
