The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials that empower our trade and sales teams to effectively promote and sell our products.As well as:

Design and create engaging training materials focused on product knowledge, benefits, and competitive advantages
Develop adaptable training programs for both in-person and online delivery via Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Ensure remote learning is accessible through digital content and prepare materials for live presentations as needed
Tailor content to help sales teams confidently recommend the best products to meet consumer needs
Regularly update training materials based on product developments and feedback from training sessions
Manage content on the company intranet, keeping it fresh, engaging, and aligned with business goals
Help create content for internal campaigns, announcements, and presentations

About you
We're looking for someone passionate about storytelling and who can make beautiful content from complex or technical concepts. As well as:

Proven experience in training content creation, preferably in a sales or product-focused environment
Relevant tertiary qualification or significant working experience
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms and experience with LMS systems like Articulate
Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex information
Exceptional time management, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative, with an eye for detail, and able to ensure high-quality, visually appealing materials
Strong collaboration and leadership skills, able to work cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes
