The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the education sector, particularly in managing large teams.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for education.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the international student recruitment industry Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other key stakeholders Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions Identify and implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and improve efficiencyWhat will you bring?
Your vibrant, innovative and driven personality Proven track record in a Sales Leadership role for at least 5 years, preferably from the Education sector Relevant tertiary qualification – minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or similar Proficiency in using Salesforce or Zoho CRM Your strong stakeholder and relationship management skills Analytical mindset to interpret data Willingness to travel internationally – must have a valid passport and visa to travel globallyWhat we offer in return?
