We are looking for an experienced Remuneration Consultant to join our Group Performance & Reward team.
Our Remuneration Consultant roles lead our global business on all performance and reward related activities, including the group Annual Performance and Reward Review.
This is an opportunity to be involved in running the performance and reward processes across Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and bringing your expertise in remuneration, analysis and reporting.
As a strong communicator and subject matter expert, you will be comfortable in partnering with others to build remuneration knowledge across our business.
You will be involved in global remuneration surveys, benchmarking and annual reviews across multiple locations.
We'll do all this while having some fun along the way so bring your fabulous skillset and a sense of humour!
Our performance and reward team are part of a diverse and vibrant Global People & Culture team, so you'll interact with a vibrant and diverse network of people while contributing to a fast-paced and exciting industry.
This role is for a fixed term scheduled to be completed on 30 June 2025.
You're a Performance and Reward Consultant, ideally with experience working on HR, payroll, and reward systems.
You have the expertise and credibility to understand the broader strategic vision, while also being able to dive into the details and simplify complex processes.
Your experiences in helping design and implementing reward structures and frameworks help drive performance and unlock the full potential of the business will help you hit the ground running.
You're excited to leverage your passion for continuous improvement, using advanced technology and innovative reward strategies.
Building strong relationships comes naturally to you; you're curious to explore opportunities, challenge existing thinking, and facilitate impactful outcomes for the organization.
Success and enjoyment will come from your: Prior remuneration experience, including delivering an annual remuneration review.
Expertise in analysis and reporting with Excel.
Understanding and providing advice to key stakeholders on our remuneration processes and industry best practice.
Engaging and informative communications regarding relevant performance and reward information across all annual activity.
Working in our Performance & Reward team to set up and monitor the Reward System (Elmo).
