As well as providing Ambulance Services, our programmes and team of over 11,000 staff and volunteers are helping to build strong, resilient communities across the motu; supporting everyone in Aotearoa to live healthier, happier and longer lives.Job DescriptionReporting to the Area Operations Manager (AOM) for Hauraki / Coromandel and working 40 hours, Mon-Sun, the Group Operations Manager (GOM) has direct responsibility for the leadership, direction, mentoring and support of frontline personnel within a provincial, rural or remote area, (including allocated casuals, relief staff and volunteers). The GOMs are responsible for the provision of efficient and effective Emergency Ambulance Services within the District.The Group Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of portfolios and be part of Area Operations planning.
