Managing communication with the team to ensure strong relationships are developed and information communicated proactively. This role encompasses HR management, business infrastructure reporting, Systems implementation & integration, IT management with our IT support company, Financial services compliance, project management and Property management. Skills: Degree qualification in Business Administration/Management or Business implementation/improvement Proven experience in operations management Proven experience in implementing IT systems. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a diverse team. Sound organisational, financial, and project management skills. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Sound knowledge of financial services compliance Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and business integration / datafeeds.
