Building and maintaining a system of quality and efficient workflow by reviewing procedure documentation, maintaining procedures and managing a continuous improvement framework. Work closely with the finance team to build business analytics for presentation to the Directors. Spearhead people management and training initiatives to develop and empower the team. Foster a positive leadership style to enhance the company culture and galvanise the team. Assess current operational practices and introduce effective changes to optimise processes. Champion safety, efficiency, and cost-effective operations throughout the organisation. Drive projects to support business growth and development. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to strategic planning and execution to align operational activities with business objectives. Maintaining an efficient and safe office environment across two locations. Managing the culture and staff by ensuring all staff are aware of their key responsibilities, managing performance and setting clear expectations. Providing performance coaching as well as training and resolving any issues that arise. Managing communication with the team to ensure strong relationships are developed and information communicated proactively. This role encompasses HR management, business infrastructure reporting, Systems implementation & integration, IT management with our IT support company, Financial services compliance, project management and Property management. Skills: Degree qualification in Business Administration/Management or Business implementation/improvement  Proven experience in operations management Proven experience in implementing IT systems. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a diverse team. Sound organisational, financial, and project management skills. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Sound knowledge of financial services compliance Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and business integration / datafeeds.
