About the role
This role seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to drive business growth both locally in New Zealand and across Australia. As a positive and enthusiastic leader, you'll manage a team of five, including two Digital Content Developers (one remote), a Promotional Manager, and two administrative staff. You'll be hands-on with all things tech, from implementing new initiatives and managing Google-related tasks to driving process improvements and developing creative strategies. While the role focuses on marketing, it is also crucial to engage with internal team members and understand client needs to enhance the brand and benefit the company.
Oversee and manage all areas of marketing from strategy, budgeting, implementation.
Digital Marketing Strategy, Digital Advertising, SEO & Website Management, Email & CRM Marketing, Print, Merchandising & Social Media.
Analyse marketing data and trends to further promote and generate engagement on all marketing channels, and drive growth.
About you
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and creative Marketing Manager who excels in thinking outside the box and exploring innovative ways to evolve the brand and engage with clients. This role offers significant freedom to introduce fresh ideas and new perspectives, enhancing team engagement and maximizing outcomes through effective resource utilization. A strong, positive presence is essential for boosting team morale and fostering enduring relationships with internal members, clients, and stakeholders. Reporting to the COO, this position is crucial to the senior leadership team, where trust and respect are paramount.
Experience as a Marketing Manager - leading and managing a team as well as creating and driving strategies both locally and internationally.
Experience and knowledge in digital marketing platforms, Google Adwords, SEO, analytics, social media and apps.
Positive presence, proactive, enthusiastic, creative, respectful and a natural leader.
