We're looking for an experiencedGroup Marketing Managerto shape and drive marketing efforts across all dealership locations. This role is key to strengthening market presence, increase brand loyalty, and ensure that the dealership group remains the preferred choice for truck buyers across the country.
Key Responsibilities with 2 Direct Reports Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute marketing strategies that align with dealership group's goals, enhancing customer reach and engagement.Brand Management: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all dealerships, ensuring messaging resonates with the trucking and logistics sectors.Lead Generation & Digital Marketing: Implement targeted digital campaigns (SEO, email marketing, social media) to drive lead generation and enhance online presence.Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating retention programs that keep clients returning for their vehicle needs.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer preferences, and monitor competitor activity.Sales Support: Collaborate with dealership sales teams to create effective promotional materials, events, and campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales conversions.Budget & Project Management: Oversee the marketing budget, manage resources efficiently, and lead cross-functional projects with a focus on high-impact results.About You Industry Experience: 10+ years in marketing, preferably within heavy automotive, trucking, or dealership environments.Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing, including CRM platforms, social media, lead generation, and data analytics.Brand-Building Skills: Proven experience in creating and executing brand strategies that build customer loyalty and drive engagement.Analytical Ability: Strong skills in analyzing customer data and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with sales teams, dealership managers, and external partners to drive results.Project & Budget Management: Demonstrated success managing budgets and executing projects on time and within scope.How to Apply
