Group Leader roles are busy. Staffing shortages and other daily challenges mean that you will need to be flexible, think fast, be resilient, and have a great sense of humor. You will receive support from your Manager and other Group Leaders along with external supervision. The Nelson-based Service provides residential support to people with intellectual disability, physical disability, and long-term chronic health conditions.You will have:An NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) Advanced Support, or an equivalent health or disability-related qualification as assessed by the Ministry of Health. Preferred candidates will hold a Level 5 qualification or above or in a Human Services field.Experience working in the field of disability is advantageous.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.Live Life Disability supports 200 disabled individuals across 65 residential homes across Nelson and Marlborough.
