These critical fields focus on the needs of communities, clients, and the environment, from project conceptualisation through to implementation.About the roleWe now have an exciting leadership opportunity in the Community Development team leading the Environmental Science team based throughout New Zealand.In more detail the role involves:Work with the NZ CD Regional Director and team to create short, medium, and long-term plans.Achieve or surpass business goals for the Environmental Science Team.Grow and develop the team, ensuring a good mix of qualified and experienced staff.Address the personal development needs of all team members.Collaborate with senior staff and others to maintain a leading, sustainable business.Lead business development activities for the group.Align local business development strategies with national goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.To be successful in this role you will be:A recognised leader in the industry with 12+ years of experience—someone who leads from the front, is resilient, and works hand-on to ensure we deliver excellent outcomes for our clients. You will also have the skills to relate to and manage all levels of staff.
