Reporting to the Group IT Manager - Technology & Innovation (CTO), you will be an integral part of the leadership team ensuring Security is front of mind across all areas of the business.In addition to the above, you will:Ensure Security standards and policies are in line with the overall strategy.Regularly complete and advise on results of reporting and risk assessments.Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.Lead, mentor and develop your team.To be successful in this role, you will:Demonstrate Cyber Security experience in a commercial environment.Have solid knowledge and experience in security and technology risk management.Possess a relevant tertiary qualification.Hold desirable Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or financial-sector-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Crime Specialist).Have knowledge of information security frameworks or standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27000 series, ITIL as well as controls management.You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
