This role is based at Fulton Hogan IT offices in Burnside, Christchurch. The opportunity: As our Group IT Security Manager, you are pivotal in the execution of Fulton Hogan's security strategy and roadmap. Reporting to the Group IT Manager Technology & Innovation (CTO), you will be an integral part of the leadership team ensuring Security is front of mind across all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Security standards and policies are in line with the overall strategy. Regularly complete and advise on results of reporting and risk assessments. Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Lead, mentor and develop your team. To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated Cyber Security experience in a commercial environment. Solid knowledge and experience in security and technology risk management. A relevant tertiary qualification. Desirable Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or financial-sector-specific certifications (e.g. Certified Financial Crime Specialist). Knowledge of information security frameworks or standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27000 series, ITIL as well as controls management. You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent. You will have exceptional communication skills allowing you to foster strong relationships with all levels of the organisation. Benefits: Medical insurance for you and your family.
