The opportunity: Reporting directly to the Group Manager Information Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Fulton Hogan asset management platform. In addition to the above you will: Oversee the daily operations and performance of the enterprise asset platform (Maximo). Provide guidance and support to a small team of System Analysts. Define the product strategy and roadmap for each application in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager. Provide support for internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. To be successful in this role, you will: 3 to 4 years' experience in operating an Enterprise Asset Management platform (Maximo preferred) Solid communication skills Experience supporting, managing and growing a technical team. You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent. You will have strong financial and business acumen.
