Group Finance Manager

Supervise general ledger across the Te Rehe Group of companies.  Review GST returns  Prepare provisional tax reports for Director approval and payment  Prepare the companies' annual budgets in conjunction with Directors and Divisional Managers Review monthly financial reports for group revenue and expenses Calculating and reporting financial KPIs for company Provide in-depth accurate financial analysis of potential expenditure, cost projections and cost benefit analysis that will assist sound management decisions Dividend calculations Review RWT returns Review the company payroll (including commission payments and consultancy fees) on a monthly basis  Prepare and produce year end financial statements for The Te Rehe Group and related entities. Deliver to company accountant in a timely manner for year end tax production.  Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate  Sound organisational, financial, and project management skills. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity.
