This robust hotel offers consistency and efficiency for large groups with generous vibrant Vivant restaurant dining spaces, offering a big buffet breakfast, and a la carte lunch and dinner.Job DescriptionSales Acquisition:Responsible for the sales acquisition of the Groups and Events segments across Banquets, Business, and Leisure for Economy, Midscale, and Premium hotels in Wellington. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing Leisure Group clients and destination partners.Data Analysis and Market Insights: Identify data sources to ensure meaningful insights for business strategies. Be conversant with distribution channels and the guest journey to maximize hotel visibility and performance.Pipeline Management and Performance Review: Act as the custodian of the Groups and Events pipeline, contributing to the weekly review of commercial performance and sell strategies across the three hotels.Sales Proposals and Event Coordination: Assist in preparing and presenting personalized sales proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the hotel's service features and benefits. Work closely with the Conferencing team to ensure the seamless delivery of each event.QualificationsProven pro-active sales experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
