Our high-quality products that *actually* work have earned us passionate followings in Aotearoa and beyond.As the Group CX & eCommerce Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing online customer experiences. You will lead the eCommerce team with a focus on designing and executing strategic digital and eCommerce initiatives, and achieving and exceeding ambitious CX and eCommerce goals.What your day could look like:Design and lead execution of the digital strategy and monthly eCommerce budgets for BePure Group across multiple markets.Drive online revenue and optimise the overall customer experience through various strategic actions.Oversee the management of online stores and marketplaces, including platform integration and optimisation.Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners as needed to ensure seamless operations and effective tech stack management.Ensure an exceptional online customer experience by optimising websites and digital interactions to drive both performance and brand perception.Plan and execute promotional, acquisition, loyalty/retention, and reactivation strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers to align digital outputs with overall marketing strategies.Empower and motivate the eCommerce team, fostering a high-performing culture and leading by example.By joining our team you can:Lead the growth and expansion of two iconic NZ brands, with opportunities to introduce them to new markets.Be part of a fast-growing company with significant potential for future growth.Enjoy a high level of autonomy and flexibility to shape and own the eCommerce strategy.Oversee two talented team members while collaborating closely with two wider brand marketing teams.Enjoy a range of perks including a generous product allowance, a complimentary 75-minute consultation with an in-house nutritionist, flexible working policy, and more.Key Skills Required:Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital/eCommerce roles, with 2+ at management level.Experience forecasting, owning and delivering against annual sales targets.Experience in both Shopify Plus and Klaviyo (plus Recharge and Gorgias preferred).Experience managing and setting paid marketing strategies (Meta, SEM).In depth knowledge and experience in driving all key facets of eCommerce. E.g. Customer acquisition, retention and win-back, marketing automation, Performance marketing incl.
