Are you a skilled Credit Controller? Intelact Group, a well-established reputable brand in agri-consulting and supply, is looking for a driven and process-oriented professional to join our team. Intelact Group is a trusted name in the agriculture industry, offering a diverse range of services, including financial solutions, feed supply, project management, and turnkey dairy developments across New Zealand and internationally. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the debt recovery process, reducing aged debt, and managing the full credit control cycle. You'll collaborate closely with management and customers to ensure financial risks are minimized, all while maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full debt recovery process, including reminder emails, debt collection letters, and liaising with insurers and collection agencies.Monitor payment plans, follow up on overdue accounts, and negotiate payment terms with customers.Conduct credit checks and process new account applications within strict timelines.Report monthly on aged debt, debtor ratios, and at-risk debtors to the Financial Controller and at Board Level.Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring a balance between financial targets and customer service.Minimise financial risks by adhering to debtor insurance terms and ensuring all legal processes are followed.What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in credit control or a related financial role.Advanced skills in Excel and experience in accounting software (Accredo, Hubspot preferred).Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present at all levels, including Board level.Excellent time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.A proactive, process-driven attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.What We Offer: Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth within the companySupportive, dynamic team cultureBe part of an industry-leading company making a real impact in the agri sectorIf you are ready to make a difference in a hands-on credit control role within the agri sector, apply today!
