You will partner with our central clinical team (CCT), customer experience team (CET) and our central functions to manage the general operations of clinics.With 25 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive at our two clinics!Based in Christchurch you would be flexible with travel as your time will be split between our two clinics. Harewood and High StreetCity HealthOur ideal person for this role will have: Experience managing primary or secondary care services, ideally in general practice Service management & managing a multidisciplinary team Strong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skills Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems, preferably Indici and ability to pick up technology systems with ease This role will be responsible for: Clinic operations Leadership of the teams Strategy & delivery Financial performance, people & risk management. The successful candidate will have support from our People, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience and Leadership team, to implement change & integration at the clinics.
