The Group Clinic Operations Manager is pivotal to delivering the exceptional Customer Experience Tend prides itself on, and executing on our vision of making New Zealanders the healthiest people in the world, by leading a group of clinics that make up our national network of primary care services. You will partner with our central clinical team (CCT), customer experience team (CET) and our central functions to manage the general operations of clinics.
With 25 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive at our two clinics!
Ideally, you will be based at our Ashburton clinic, with our Harewood Clinic Operations Specialist working with you for our Harewood operations.
Our ideal person for this role will have:

Experience managing primary or secondary care services, ideally in general practice
Service management & managing a multidisciplinary team
Strong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skills
Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems, preferably Indici and ability to pick up technology systems with ease

This role will be responsible for:

Clinic operations
Leadership of the teams
Strategy & delivery
Financial performance, people & risk management.

The successful candidate will have support from our People, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience and Leadership team, to implement change & integration at the clinics.
