Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (i.e. civil, structural, geology).
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the civil, geotechnical, and/or geology disciplines.
Solid business development skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to set and communicate a clear set of actions with associated proposed outcomes and timeframes.
Communicates with confidence; builds broad and deep external networks, uses a full range of mediums to inspire and engage others, demonstrates empathy, understanding and has exceptional active listening skills, elicits feedback, and encourages others to speak up.
