We are looking for a Grooming Salon Assistant to join our busy Papanui Salon on a permanent, part-time basis, working 11 hours per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 3pm.
We are a vibrant busy store, who recently won the Animates Vetcare annual awards for Community Spirit and Team of the Year, and we are conveniently located close to public transport and parking.

Excellent time management and communication skills.
High work standards and ethics.
Why you will love Animates: You will join a fun and passionate team, who are dedicated to making the world a happier place through the love of pets.
Our values-led culture and extensive training will develop your expertise and give you a clear progression path from Salon Assistant to Senior Groomer and beyond!
We offer a supportive company culture with Managers committed to the wellbeing of their people and where everyone embodies the Animates values – passion, authenticity, care, knowledge, and togetherness!
We encourage you to bring your whole self to work and pride ourselves on being an inclusive Rainbow Tick Certified Employer.
