Fleet presentation is key to the success of our business so you'll be playing a really important role in giving our customers a great hire experience. You will need excellent customer service and administration skills and a confident phone manner to field queries, provide advice, and put quotes and contracts together. At this branch, you're part of a small, hardworking team so you need to be prepared to help out across all areas of branch operations.What you'll do:Keep the branch's vehicle fleet groomed to the highest standardsOccasionally delivering and picking up vehicles around Palmerston NorthEnsure all the necessary compliance checks are carried outHelp identify and escalate any repair and maintenance issuesAnswer phones - provide sales advice and quotesCreate contracts and complete transactionsOffice administration and customer account maintenanceWhat you need:A basic level of computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailWillingness to take ownership, be held accountableAbility to work with a diverse array of people and build successful working relationshipsWillingness to work on a rostered basis - our branch is open Monday-Saturday.Who we are:We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including enhanced employer Kiwisaver contributions, ongoing training opportunities, flexible working, and company-funded life insurance.
