Grocery Supervisor - Pak'Nsave Riccarton

GROCERY SUPERVISOR

We are looking to employ a full-time Grocery Supervisor to assist our amazing team during the nights! This role would suit someone who is motivated, has great leadership skills, attention to detail, and is willing to work as part of a team as well as independently at times. This role is suited for those who have experience in a supermarket as a supervisor or similar.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

Supermarket experience as a Grocery Supervisor is desired

Ability to maintain high store standards

Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints

Strong organisational skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities

Positive attitude towards customer service

Physical fitness, as this role is physically demanding and may require lifting up to 15kg

Honesty

Reliability and flexibility

Adherence to health and safety practices

This is a full-time role which will involve weekend and some weeknight shifts, with late night finishes at 12am. The exact hours and days will be discussed with successful applicants.
