This is a fast-paced role providing assistance in the day-to-day grocery department operations.
This will include supervising the evening grocery team and duty management (in absence of other managers) 2 days per week.
The primary role of the Duty Manager is to lead, communicate, plan and organize the day-to-day running of the grocery evening team to maintain the highest possible standards.
Skills and Attributes required are: Leadership experience or a natural leadership style who leads by exampleEffective communicationDedication to superior customer serviceGood computer skills – or ability to learn with easeOrganized with the ability to plan well, prioritize and multitaskPhysically fit as this role involves heavy liftingForklift license or ability to obtain oneCommon sense and initiativeDays and hours: Sunday & Monday: 12:30pm – 9:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 4:00pm – 8:30pm
