Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the cooking process
- Operate and maintain grilling equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Grill Cook or similar role within a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality dishes to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
