Au Mahi | What You Will Do
We are on the lookout for a proactive individual to join both our Grievance team and Erskine team in a diverse role. You will provide guidance on challenges, concerns, and complaints, as well as offer academic advice and support for appeals and progress reviews. You will collaborate with Proctors and the Chair of the Misconduct Committee, providing necessary assistance. As a member of the Erskine Programme team, you will provide day-to-day administrative services and general advice on Erskine Programme related matters. This includes liaising with both internal and overseas academics, as well as travel and accommodation providers.

Mou | Who You Are
You will have at least 3 years in relevant work preferably in a tertiary education or related sector, as well as have:

Experience building partnerships across a large organisation.

Understanding of the principles of academic quality assurance, academic audit and benchmarking.

Strong knowledge of the New Zealand tertiary education sector.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing workloads.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to regulations and policies.
