About the role We are looking for a turf technician to join our small highly skilled turf team working closely with our well-established client base.
You may be considering a career in the turf industry or currently working in and looking to further your skills.
The role is varied and there is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.
Skills & experience Strong work ethic and a willingness to learnExperience in greenkeeping, landscaping or a related field is preferredTurf Qualifications are preferred but not requiredMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to perform at a med-high level of requirementThis is a physically demanding position involving the use of tools and machinery.Safe and efficient operation of machineryAbility to work in a team or independentlyWillingness to work in a variety of seasonal weather conditionsTasks & responsibilities Property maintenance including mowing, edging, spraying and fertilising.Assisting with construction, which includes subgrade, drainage, irrigation and turfing.Assisting with renovationsOur area covers the wider Auckland region including large, exclusive, residential projects.Renumerations will be based on relevant qualifications and experience.
Training and support towards completion of Level 4 National Certificate in Sports Turf Management provided.
