The Opportunity: The Client Partner is responsible for leading integrated communications programs, developing innovative strategic solutions, and building trusted relationships with senior clients. The role also involves mentoring team members, driving the agency's creative and strategic output, and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
A snapshot of what you'll do: Develop and deliver innovative, customer-centric strategies that solve business challenges and seize opportunities for clients. Raise the standard for strategic thinking within the agency and ensure the creative output aligns with clients' business goals. Lead integrated campaigns, leveraging disciplines like advertising, CRM, and digital to drive client success. Embed new strategic tools and methodologies onto accounts, ensuring the agency stays at the cutting edge of industry trends. Mentor and develop both account management and strategy teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Oversee job profitability, manage revenue forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and grow client business. Support the agency's new business efforts, including pitching and converting new client opportunities.Skills & Attributes: Minimum 8 years of experience in senior account management and strategic roles within a creative or communications agency environment. Proven experience leading integrated campaigns, managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving strategic initiatives. Passionate about great ideas with a commitment to delivery and excellence. A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to all levels of clients and staff. Flexible and pragmatic, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a clear strategic vision.
