Greatsights Coach Driver

The Opportunity; We're on the hunt for confident Coach Drivers to join our team in Paihia, showcasing off our beautifulwhenua via driving tour groups in our purpose-built coach to Te Rerenga Wairua (Cape Reinga) and driving on the famous 90 Mile Beach. You'll be taking our customers into the 'Winterless North', providing commentary about interesting history and entertaining facts as you drive through the countryside. You could also cross-train into other functions of our business. You'd be an integral part of your community, and the tourism industry too! Team Ritchies; Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand's leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies' history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model. About You; You're looking for a change, you want to work for a company that values your skills and work ethic and you're ready to make the move! You love living and working in Northland and can showcase the gorgeous region to Kiwi's and visitors alike. You are prepared to work weekends. You take pride in your appearance and can communicate with people from all walks of life. You might not have a background in transport, but you're comfortable driving, multi-tasking (our Drivers give commentary), and can drive on a beach! We're happy to train you!
