With a growing client base and a strong emphasis on advertising strategies to hit the talent shortage, we are expanding our team and have an opportunity for a designer to expand their creative wings.In this varied and multi-faceted position, your primary focus will be to design video ads for Facebook, TikTok, Google, as well as print campaigns for clients. It is equally a conceptual role as it is execution, so we're looking for someone with a great design eye, able to think outside the box and create something fresh every time.Approximately 30% of your role will be to support our Account Management team in the loading of our advertising campaigns to online job boards, updating our media database, and responding to clients who message us via our online chat program.You will need strong design skills utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express. We are PC-based, so experience using a PC is critical. Ideally, you have a few years of experience under your belt already, but if you can demonstrate tenacity, raw talent, and ambition, we will consider all levels of experience.Personality-wise, you will be effervescent and passionate.
