We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team with a primary focus on Precincts residential development portfolio. You will work closely with our residential sales and marketing teams, playing a vital role in creating high quality visual content that engages our target audience and ultimately drives engagement.

Here's what you'll be doing: Reporting to the GM - Marketing, Communications and Experience, your key tasks will include:
Develop and design content for digital and print media, including brochure design, advertisements, social media, websites, CRM platforms and marketing material for Precinct's residential development portfolio.Work closely with the marketing and residential teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designsMaintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the brand's identity and goalsGenerate high quality graphics, illustrations and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards and reflect the high quality of the projects.Here's what we need from you: 3-5 years experience in professional graphic design preferably within the residential real estate industryBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, spatial design or interior designExperience using Adobe CreativeExperience creating development brochures and marketing collateral including point of sales materialExperience in liaising with media for advertising placement, and external agencies such as printers and architectsExperience or a keen interest in photography or videography would be advantageousStrong Copy writing and proof-reading skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of initiative and collaborationExcellent time managementPrecinct is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
