On behalf of one of our clients, The Pond Recruitment is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who is ready to make an impact and create visual identity that will grow their health and beauty brands. This role sits in a growing, successful studio within an exciting global company (with heaps of recognisable brands).

This role will suit a proven designer who is well versed in creating dynamic visual content across graphic design and basic motion & video content. You'll produce innovative design solutions across digital assets, print collateral and brand campaigns. To be successful in this role you'll be a blend of creative talent and hands-on execution. You'll be a team player, self-motivated, energised and confident in managing a pipeline of work. The breakdown
We are looking for a Designer with:
Min 5 years' experience working across Graphic Design, Motion Design and/or Video
Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma
Key responsibilities include…
Create design solutions across Digital Assets, Print Collateral and Brand Campaigns
Create mood boards, style guidelines and design concepts
Manage design projects from concept to completion on brief and on time
Perform colour correction and grading for images and content
Handle minor updates to packaging artwork where required
Implement quality assurance to make sure all designs meet technical specifications
File management of design files and assets
