Grants Administrator (Parental Leave cover) Tauhara North No.2 Trust was founded on its whakapapa, whenua, and whanau connections. As kaitiaki for the whenua we have developed the geothermal resources with the whakatauki to hold fast to the land and make use of the land for the wellbeing of Nga uri whakatipuranga. Since 1991 when the Trust was formed their investment diversification has grown to include farming, horticulture, geothermal energy and tourism.
Role Overview: We are looking for an exceptional Administrator to join the Grants team covering Parental Leave in providing professional administration support and customer care that contributes to the smooth and efficient delivery of the grants and initiatives to Trust whanau.
Location: Rotorua
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional administration support to the Grants team.
Ensure efficient delivery of grants and initiatives.
Handle customer inquiries with excellent service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized with a high level of accuracy.
Competent in the use of Microsoft suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Te Reo and Maori organisations would be an advantage.
This is a fixed term full-time position for 12 months based in Rotorua.
Tauhara North No.2 Trust has a zero tolerance to drugs and both pre-employment testing and police checks are a condition of employment.
