This is a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction. This person must be highly motivated, energetic and possess great communication skills.Job responsibilities include, although are not limited to:Follows grooming standards and is in proper uniform at all times while at work.Takes orders and answers questions or makes recommendations for menu listed products.Clears, cleans, resets, and maintains tables during shift.Assists other servers to give the best possible service as specified in Grand Social standards of service manual.Understands the processes of delivery and removal of all product and equipment.Handles all guest checks according to Hotel policy.Maintains pars and equipment as needed to successfully accomplish all restaurant service tasks.Completes side work every shift.Assists guests in a friendly, professional and polite manner.Maintains proper uniform, ID badge and nametag at all times.Other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
